The criteria We use for retaining different types of personal data, includes the following:

Deactivate Account: We will retain your information for as long as your account is in a deactivated state, but your account will not be accessible from our website. If you wish to have your account permanently deleted. Please raise a request by emailing contact@doueworld.com.Account Deletion: We will remove all personal identifiable data belonging to you within 30 days of receiving your request to delete.
Direct marketing – where we hold your personal data on our database for direct marketing purposes	We will retain your information for as long as we have your explicit consent.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (‘Children’).

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If We become aware that We have collected personal data from children without verification of parental consent, We will take steps to remove that information from our servers.
